Community Capital is a small, highly qualified boutique firm. While our core business is traditional financial advisory work, we are often hired for our expertise in taking difficult projects and successfully creating innovative financial solutions. Collectively, the professional staff of the firm has over 40 years of municipal and housing finance experience. We are a women and minority-owned firm.
Archie Willis III, President, formed Community Capital in October 1999. Mr. Willis serves as a senior advisor and consultant to clients working with the firm. He is also responsible for the overall management and operations of the firm.

Pamela Z. Clary joined Community Capital as a Vice President / Partner in January, 2003, and has primary responsibility for the firm's municipal financial advisory practice and serves as a senior advisor and consultant to the firm's municipal and community development clients.
Paul A. Young joined Community Capital as a Financial Analyst in November 2006. Mr. Young is responsible for the development of financing structures and analyzing project feasibility for specific real estate development projects, as well as developing and utilizing financial models for both conventional financing and tax-exempt bond financing.
